TSBR 2010 Essay Contest

The John P. Howe, III, MD Student Essay Competition Sponsored by: Texas Society for Biomedical Research ”Why Animals are Important to Biomedical Research” Essays must be typed double- spaced, approximately 500 words in length. Essays will be judged on content and form. Please include your name, the name, address and telephone number of your school, your home address and phone number, your grade level and your science teacher’s name. $500.00 Cash award Requirements: Participants must be a Junior or Senior level high school student (as of September 1, 2009) in the State of Texas. Entries must be postmarked by April 15, 2010 No late entries will be accepted. Winners will be announced in May 2010.
